Globant (NYSE: GLOB) announced its acquisition of Iteris Holding Ltda., a Brazilian consultancy specializing in digital transformation, significantly strengthening its presence in Brazil. Founded in 2009 in São Paulo, Iteris boasts over 600 professionals delivering comprehensive solutions across diverse industries, serving leading Brazilian brands like Fiserv, Nubank, and Heineken.

Martín Migoya, Globant's CEO, highlighted the acquisition's significance, emphasizing the company's commitment to Brazil's market potential and its technological advancement. Fernando Riva, Iteris's Co-founder, expressed confidence in Globant's partnership, foreseeing expanded reinvention opportunities.
