Flooid, based in Coventry, UK, and operating in the USA, specializes in a versatile cloud-native platform, enabling seamless retail experiences across diverse touchpoints like point of sale, self-checkout, and mobile payment systems. The acquisition aims to integrate Flooid’s offerings with Glory’s solutions, enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

This strategic move aligns with Glory's vision to expand beyond cash technology. Motozumi Miwa, GLORY LTD.'s President, highlights the synergy between the two companies, leveraging Flooid’s expertise to tap into new markets.
