Track Expands Hospitality Software Portfolio To Reduce Tech Footprint For Short-Term Rental Companies

 


TravelNet Solutions (TNS), a leading provider of software solutions for the short-term rental industry, has announced significant updates to its flagship product, Track Property Management System. These enhancements were unveiled at the annual Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) conference. In July 2023, TNS entered into a partnership with Blue Star Innovation Partners (BSIP) to expedite product development and hire more staff, aligning with their market expansion goals. The improvements introduced include:

  1. Distribution Engine: This Track add-on streamlines the distribution of rental listings across platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo, offering a centralized dashboard, bulk operations, and access to distribution experts.

  2. Reviews Management: An upcoming feature within Distribution Engine that simplifies the process of managing guest reviews from various channels via a single interface.

  3. Track Payments: Set to launch in early 2024, this payment-processing solution integrates into the Track platform, providing users with centralized control and real-time monitoring of credit activities.

Furthermore, the company introduced a new tagline, "Heart of Hospitality," reflecting its commitment to customer-centric values and dedication to building the future. TNS, with over two decades of experience, offers a single-vendor ecosystem for vacation rental companies, supporting digital transformation and enterprise-class tools through the Track platform. The new products and tagline were showcased at booth 713 during the VRMA conference.
